 Our Claims and Returns Policy
Claiming for lost or damaged products : A change in Royal Mails policy means that they no longer refund us for loss or damage. Therefore, we advise customers to claim a full refund for the amount paid, including post and packaging. Customers must contact The Claims Dept within 3 working days:

In the event of any loss or damage experienced, please contact us a.s.a.p for us to arrange a replacement.
PLEASE NOTE - Unfortunately CITY LINK Couriers do not offer refunds for loss or damaged goods. In these cases, please contact us a.s.a.p to send out a replacement parcel.
