Q. I've just received my Ready-Made Herbal Tea, what do I do with it?
A. Remove all packaging and put straight into the fridge. Please try to recycle packaging, where possible.
Q. I've purchased more than one bottle of your Ready-Made Herbal Tea, can I put one in the fridge and store the rest outside in my cupboard?
A. No, our Ready-Made's must be kept refrigerated, therefore please place all bottles purchased in your fridge. *Remember to remove all packaging before doing so.
Q. I've brewed my tea, but after a month a funny slim forms inside the bottle - is it still safe to drink?
A. This is fine, it is just sediment caused from the herb 'Slippery Elm'. Simply shake thoroughly before drinking and strain away the rest when the bottle is nearly finished. PLEASE NOTE: If white moulds appear throw out immediately. This is caused by improper sterilisation.
Q. How long in total does it take to brew the Herbal Teas?
A. 38 hours - in total (2 days).
Q. Can I use just some of the herbs when brewing your Herbal Teas?
A. No, you have to place the whole sachet of herbs into your muslin bag to brew both Zara's and Willow Herbal Tea. We measure the herbs exactly to give you maximum strength and quantities.
Q. I've just brewed Zara's Herbal / Willow Tea and forgot to remove the 'Silicon Pack' - should I worry?
A. Not at all, the Silicon Packs are not harmful, but please try to remember to remove it next time.
Q. Can I sprinkle the contents of my Zara's Herbal Tea sachet on to my dogs dinner.
A. No, sprinkling the herbs over food will do nothing at all. Our herbs are made up of leaves and strong barks, which need to be brewed over time to release their powerful properties. Therefore you must brew the whole sachet first, and then you are free to add the tea to your dogs dinner.
Q. Doe it matter if I boil the water when brewing the herbal tea.
A. YES!, you absolutely must not allow the herbs to boil, it should only be left to simmer gently.
Q. When sterilizing the empty bottles, can I put them in the oven when hot.
A. Yes you can, but it is probably safer to place the bottles in while the oven is cool.
Q. Will the empty bottle break in the oven.
A. No, If you stick to the times given your bottle will be fine.
Q. I have Cancer, so what are the best products to use?

- Zara's Herbal Tea,
- Willow Herbal Tea - (if suffering extreme pain or taking a course of Morphine, use our STRONG version.
- Colloidal Silver
- Herbal Pepper Sauce (any strength) in meals or snacks
- Blackstrap Molasses
* Men with Prostrate problems should take a combination of both Zara's Herbal Tea and the Willow Herbal Tea.
