ROYAL MAIL -
(for lighter parcels)
TIME OF DELIVERY : 1 to 2 Working days (1st Class Mail)
CITY LINK & DHL COURIERS -
(for heavier parcels).
TIME OF DELIVERY : 1 to 2 Working days.
Important note:
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the parcel(s) from your home address OR supply us with an alternative address (e.g. relative, neighbour, workplace), so someone can collect on your behalf OR simply leave special instructions for parcel to be kept safe (i.e with a neighbour or leave on front the front porch etc), We have included an alternative address section on the online form - (please check the box under Select Shipping Destination to add alternative address details . ***please note: Our Couriers will charge an extra £15.00 for none deliveries, after their 2nd attempt.

Common Delivery Queries
Q. How can I guarantee recieving my order the next day?
A. All orders made before 2pm will be recieved the next day. If this does not happen, please contact us immediately on 0208 470 8751 so we can track your order.
Q. If I order online or over the phone on Friday will I receive my goods on Saturday?
A. Unfortunately no, as we do not curently offer a saturday delivery service. Therefore, all orders made on Friday will be despatched the following Monday.
